Whole House Renovation
A House with a Courtyard
This award-winning project is a listed building in Southwark with a newly designed kitchen rear extension, with serene internal courtyard
One company, one team
We are architects and builders in one company. That’s not a strapline, it’s how we’re actually set up: the people who draw your home are the same people who build it.
Many of our clients come to us specifically because they don’t want a handover between architect and builder. They’ve either been through it before or heard enough about it to want to avoid it, and working with one team from the first sketch through to the last coat of paint is exactly what they’re after.
You tell us once, not twice. Nothing gets lost or reinterpreted between an architect handing over and a builder picking it up cold. There’s no slow crawl through tender processes either, no comparing quotes from three different contractors, no wondering whether the person pricing it up actually understood the drawings the way you meant them.
That matters most for clients who simply don’t have hours spare to manage various different contractors and suppliers. If you’re working full time, running a household, or fitting a renovation in around a young family, having one point of contact who already knows the full picture tends to be what keeps a project manageable instead of it taking over your evenings and weekends.
If you’d prefer to work with us for the design and take it elsewhere to build, that’s entirely your call, and we design with that in mind from day one. For clients who want both under one roof, this is what they’ve told us they value most.

When you work with a firm who handles both the architecture and the design, every stage of the process feels joined-up and collaborative from day one.
This means there are no handover headaches or misinterpreted ideas, just clear communication and shared goals.
By checking budgets in real time, we give you early visibility on costs, so you can make smarter decisions without costly surprises. Our in-house build team who have won multiple Federation of Master Builder awards, take real pride in their craftsmanship whether it’s preserving original features or refining new, creative details.
Whether we’re managing the full build or working alongside your chosen contractor, we stay hands-on and involved every step of the way. And with the help of 2D plans, 3D models, and real materials, you’ll be able to clearly visualise your space well before construction starts shaping every decision with ease and confidence.

We’re known for bringing a fresh, sometimes quirky approach to reimagining period homes blending contemporary flair with a deep respect for original character. Our work strikes a careful balance between old and new: thoughtful, playful, and never afraid of statement colour or bold design details.
We don’t follow design trends for their own sake, instead, we approach each home on its own terms, creating spaces that feel naturally light and open, or calm and atmospheric, depending on what suits it best.
