A Kitchen on a Different Level

Borough: Haringey

Service: Design

We worked closely with both the client and the builder to revamp a uniquely designed split-level house in Highgate. Our goal was to highlight the connection between the kitchen and the living area by incorporating a small staircase that enhances the spatial relationship between the two levels- we did this by situating it between two sections of the kitchen worktop.

For the remainder of the project, we incorporated glass and open riser stairs to create a tranquil, light-filled atmosphere in the space.
