A House with Lofty Ambitions:

Modern Loft Conversion in Walthamstow

Borough: Waltham Forest

Service: Design

This loft extension design in Waltham Forest gave us the chance to explore ambition, originality, and creativity. The brief called for a bold approach, leading to a pitched roof that creates a striking roofscape and an interesting ceiling line inside.

To echo the roof’s angles, we introduced arched windows and doors. Exposed brickwork adds warmth and character, shaping a space that feels considered and inviting.

The split-level interior layout supports an open-plan design, with a small staircase connecting each level. This creates a natural flow through the home while making the most of the available space.
