Using technology to make every client meeting count

We spoke to Master Builder Magazine about using technology to drive productive client meetings and improve project communication.

On a busy project a lot happens in a short space of time. Site visits, design discussions and quick decisions all add up and it can be easy for small but important details to slip through the cracks.

We found that relying on handwritten notes or memory alone was not enough. It created gaps, slowed things down, and sometimes meant revisiting conversations that should have already been clear, and clear communication is one of the most important parts of any construction project. When meetings are productive, we know that decisions move faster, expectations stay aligned and projects run smoothly.

We have spent time refining how we run client meetings, using simple but effective technology to make sure nothing gets missed and every conversation adds value. At the same time, we wanted to stay fully present in meetings, not distracted by constant note taking. We were happy to speak with Master Builder Magazine about what we do to make every meeting count.
